Catherine Ramsey and I have been planning this new project for quite some time now. Both being residents of Abbotsford we both saw there's a need for a shop like this. Having to drive to Kew or Collingwood to get a decent loaf of bread or some deli items will be a thing of the past. Mardi Edwards will focus on Quality foods that will be sourced Organic as possible and as Local as possible, trying

to keep food miles low and supporting our Local market. Organic Fresh fruits and Vegetables, Artisan breads, Cheeses and Wines, Drygoods, Smallgoods and we will be producing heartwarming take home meals. We hope to open in the last days of July. Stayed tuned to watch this exciting new business take shape.
