We launched last month with 40 producers, but that’s just the beginning. There are MANY more locals growing, baking, slicing, crushing and roasting quality products, so we’ll be adding new brands each week.

This week we welcome Taronga Almonds Wiech’s Barossa Valley Egg Noodles and Sourdough Kits + Bread Tools | Australia to the shelves, all available to shop online with delivery to your door.

Imagine baking your own sourdough and slathering it with almond butter, or pouring your favourite pasta sauce over some fresh egg noodles… I really need to stop writing posts when I’m hungry.

Hands up if your parents only did grocery shopping on a Thursday because it was the only time the shops had Late Night Shopping?

I have vivid memories of Thursday nights at our local supermarket because Mum worked full time. It was the night we sometimes got takeaway which was a “special treat” but now I understand that it was actually Mum treating herself to a night off in the kitchen 😅

Now I’m the Mum, and I can shop 24/7 with home delivery but I still like to treat myself to a night off!

FRESH Meatballs in store now! 🥳🤩😋🥰

Our Beef Meatballs have grated carrot and zucchini in them - but it's not our selling point. Our main goal is DELICIOUSNESS! 🤪🤣😋😋

I always just think of this dish as one we made for the kids but every time I have it I'm like, "mm, damn that is delicious" so... goal achieved ✔️😛

The Meatballs are in our Napoli sauce so all you have to do is warm them up and add your pasta OR make a sub! Stick a few in a roll or wrap and sprinkle that cheese on like rain.
I guess you could just have a side of mashed potato and vegies too really.

Meet The Producers: CRATERS CRUMPETS

Wes Weeks consumed many a crumpet as a kid, and after working in kitchens across Canada and meeting his partner, returned to Adelaide with dreams of bringing something local and honest to the table.

His small-batch crumpets were a standout favourite among recipients of our BuySA Week boxes, and after opening a packet in the office we can see why 🤤 Free from preservatives and made using organic flour, the original size are a meal all on their own. Insanely good with a generous swipe of butter, we’ve since spotted them on cafe menus around town with all sorts of toppings.
