Whether it’s an art piece by your favourite artist, or ‘that spot’ on the wall you need to fill, the Art Exhibit at this year’s Sustainability Fair is sure to get you as excited as we are to present it.
Located in the School’s gym, the exhibit includes a Silent Art Auction, in which hopeful purchasers can place bids on an array of truly amazing artworks by local, professional artists, and thoughtfully created canvases by the School’s students.
Also, located in the gym is a new affordable art exhibit called Unearthed. Generating a great deal of buzz, this exhibit offers art lovers and collectors the opportunity to purchase for $110, a small canvas by some of the Peninsula’s most sought after artists. The catch is, none of the canvasses bare any immediately visible authorship. The Unearthed canvasses will be on display in the gym - only when the purchaser has chosen their canvas and it is paid for, will the artists name on the artworks reverse … and be unearthed!
Please note - it is strongly advised that would be purchasers for the Unearthed works bring cash.
Also, the art exhibit will close it’s doors at 6pm. This is so we can close the Auction, contact the lucky purchasers, and arrange for payments and collection. On this, please note full payment for the artworks is required on the day of the Fair.
Thank you to our sponsors Paul’s Art and Frame, Balnarring and Sancell for supporting the Fair’s Art Exhibit.
