Your Kimchi got soured? No worries. Fermented sour Kimchi is perfect to make Kimchi jjigae(stew). The sour taste gets mild when cooked and the Kimchi kukmul(brine) adds more flavour to the stew. Nothing to waste!
Tip: If your Kimchi is too sour, you can add half-1 table spoon of sugar to Kimchi before cooking.
