12 Week Body Transformation!!!
came to me back in November with a couple of specific goals. She wanted to lose the last 5kgs of baby weight and fuel her body with the right nutrients after fasting and dieting on shakes. Julia gave the meal plans 110% and ticked off her weight loss goal in 6 weeks! Scales aside she has a new found confidence in the kitchen and the fasting and shakes are a thing of the past. I’m so proud of her dedication and commitment to the meal plans, cooking and learning to nourish her body with the right foods. Well done Julia!!

We are proud of each and everyone of clients putting in the end of year effort to reach their 2020 goals.
Congrats to Bec who has lost 11kgs in 8 weeks! She made a goal that she wanted to reach by the end of the year and she got there by following our meal plans, walking daily and making healthier choices when dining out. What a way to end what has been a very tough year then with a healthy mind and body. Well done Bec!

The other half of our power couple is one of our original clients and we are so happy that she chose us for her healthy eating journey. Last week we shared her hubby’s 12 week transformation and today we are very proud to share Tiff’s. Almost back to pre-baby weight, looking extremely lean and toned but more importantly knowing the foods that make her feel good and making healthier choices. Well done Tiff & Nick!!

You won’t lose weight by eating one healthy meal and you won’t gain weight by eating one unhealthy meal. Progress is made over time and isn’t undone from one bad meal or night. Create a healthy lifestyle that sees you fuelling your body with good nutritious meals and lots of water, most of the time.
Silly season has began and wth Christmas lunches, catch ups and parties filling your calendar don’t let this hinder your goals. Enjoy your events, indulge a little, but don’t beat yourself up about it the next day or let it derail the rest of your week.
We don’t offer quick fixes or magic pills, we encourage you to change the way you eat, for the long term.

Well done to one of our client’s husband dropping 9kgs in 12 weeks by following our meal plans and walking daily!!
These two have been a power couple, supporting each other through the last 3 months, tag teaming at night to go for walks while the kids are asleep and being very consistent at following the meal plans. I’ve loved sharing this journey with them and seeing how far they’ve come!! Well done Nick!
