Hello Mt Tamborine 👋

Today you'll find us in the Mt Tamborine IGA car park from 9am till 4pm and we're excited to have 🌟 Swordfish 🌟 back on the menu.

Straight from northern NSW, there seems to be a bit of it about at the moment! Swordfish is fantastic in a curry as the steaks lend themselves to being easily chopped into cubes and hold their shape well. It's qually delicious simply grilled on a hot BBQ!

🤔 The not so good news .... Unfortunately there won't be any of our NZ varieties (Gurnard, Flake etc) again this week, due to bad weather in NZ.

😁 The great news for today at Mt Tamborine.... We have a beautiful fresh catch of Swordfish from northern NSW!! Plus fresh Salmon, Barramundi, Snapper, Sardines, Sweetlip and Reef Cod. There's plenty of freshly-shucked Coffin Bay and Sydney Rock Oysters, cooked and green Mooloolaba King Prawns, and all the usual favourites!!

Last night we had snapper for dinner. Seasoned with Chef Dylan's Gourmet Food Co Spartan seasoning, paired with a salad and roast potatoes. It was amazing - so amazing I took a bite before taking a photo!!

Snapper is on the menu today at Tamborine Village, plus a whole host of other fresh fish and seafood. We'll be open till 6pm 🐟
