WHEY vs CASEIN: Ninja Creami edition 🤜🤛

We put them head-to-head because we needed to know which protein makes the better creami.

TLDR;

CASEIN = Creamier. Smoother. More suspiciously close to actual ice cream.

The downside is that it needs a little more flavour to really get there.

WHEY =The flavour comes through harder, but the texture is a little icier and not quite as creamy.

So…

Want the better texture? → Casein.
Want the bigger flavour hit or prefer a chewier sort of ice cream? → Whey (Our Signature Protein specifically)

But honestly, both absolutely slap straight out of the Creami. And yes, we may have eaten slightly more protein ice cream than was strictly necessary during this investigation 😇

Coca-Cola + chocolate cake mix is apparently a thing…

But after this little experiment, we can confidently say it is NOT a thing when it comes to chocolate protein muffins.

10/10 would not recommend 😂

When you’ve worked on protein powders for over 6 years, you kinda get good at knowing how to use it 😂🤝

And interestingly enough, every flavour reacts a little differently when you turn it into Whey Drip, so you’ve gotta leverage that to your advantage.

For example…

Dark Chocolate = the most insane chocolate sauce
Matcha = Perfect as more of a thick, spreadable situation 🤝
Salted Caramel = Made for what the French call “le drizzle” 🤌

There’s honestly SO much game when it comes to Whey Drip. You just need to know how to use it properly ☺️

It wouldn’t be a fitness bro recipe without an honourable mention of White Monster aka God’s juice. 🙏⚡️

We tried it in our Pandan Muscle Muffin and, surprisingly, it had ZERO effect on the flavour.

But the texture came in clutch. It made the muffin fluffier, lighter and somehow even better.

Would recommend. 10/10. No notes.
