We questioned the Cadbury representative about the shrinkflation on their bars, and they claimed something interesting. According to the rep, the government (can't remember if he stated which) has quietly told them that they intend to make it illegal to sell bars of chocolate larger than 45g around schools & hospitals, so they're slowly converting everything to 45g bars.

We don't know whether it's true or not, but it's an interesting topic, well for us at least.
