Did you know that almost 70% of fruit and veg get rejected by the supermarkets due to the Appearance of them and don't ever leave the farm.
Whether they are to big or to small, have a growth defect or a simple imperfection on the skin they are getting rejected at rates that are on the incline.
There is no difference in taste in the item just that it's not "Perfect".
I have Pumpkins that are massive or grown differently, onions that have an extra one growing along side it, Bananas that are conjoined and ones that are really small or really big and many more.
No matter the Fruit or Veg it's time to start choosing fruit and vege that isn't "Perfect" like what the supermarkets have been telling us for years.
