Hi,

With the chocolate Nippy's selling quickly, we have decided to add the iced coffee and strawberry to our range as well. All are available in 250ml. Price is $2.65 each. They will be added to the website shortly.

We have received a lot of questions these last few weeks about Tasmanian produce. We always buy Tasmanian produce first and Mainland product when there is no Tassie product available. This is often due to seasonal shortages. We prefer to support local growers where possible. Every bit helps our Tasmanian growers.

Our extra items such as eggs, honey, jam, bakery items and coffee beans are also sourced from small local family owned and run businesses.

We proudly source as much Tasmanian produce as we can. You can be confident knowing that you are supporting Tasmanian farmers as well as Tasmanian small businesses when you purchase through us.

Our spotlight box this week is our Pensioner Fruit & Vegetable box (pictured). Priced at $50 and always a popular one each week. It includes the following -

3 Brown Onions
500g Carrots
500g Cabbage
500g Cauli
500g Sweet Potato
300g Broccoli
Small Silverbeet
500g Pumpkin
200g Beans
200g Mushrooms
4 Apples
4 Banana
4 Orange

1kg Watermelon
(grapes have been replaced at the moment due to seasonal availability)

We also offer the option of standing orders. Simply set up how often you would like your delivery and leave the rest to us. You are not locked into anything and can change or cancel at any time. Easy and convenient.

Look what is new!!

We have had a lot of people ask for milk. We couldn't go fresh milk, but we can do the next best thing.

We will now be stocking 1 litre full cream Devondale long life milk. We are also adding 250ml Nippy's iced chocolate milk drinks. (There is the possibility of additional flavours if popular.) Both products are made in Australia.

Devondale milk 1lt - $2.75 and Nippy's 250ml milk $2.65.

Orders are still open if anyone would like to add them to their
order.

Good afternoon,

It's that time of the week again. Time to put your orders in for deliveries next week. (Yes, we do still accept late orders if you forget). If you do wish to order bakery items they must be in tonight for Monday and Tuesday deliveries and Sunday night at the latest for the rest of the week.

We will be doing our fortnightly Poatina run on Friday 28th.

King Island orders may also need to change to fortnightly. If we don't receive enough orders to keep delivering weekly, we will look at the option of only doing fortnightly runs instead. We do understand that the cost of freight makes getting orders to King Island rather expensive. We will be delivering to the airport on Monday as usual.

Good afternoon,

We still have a few spaces available for deliveries on Friday.

A lot of customers have asked over time if we sell milk. We don't sell fresh milk, but we are looking at the possibility of stocking long life UHT milk. Is this something that you may be interested in?

There is also the possibility of introducing basic staples like pasta and sugar. Nippy's flavoured long life milk drinks and juice boxes are another option as well.
