Just a quick note to let you know that all Tasmanian berries are now finished for the season. Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries and Blackberries will now be mainland product.

Due to this you can make the choice to have 8 fruit choices in your fruit boxes if you would prefer.

The long weekend is almost up us!!

Orders will be open all weekend. Only exception is bakery orders for Tuesday. They still need to be in by 9pm tonight. Just a reminder that there are no King Island orders this Monday due to the public holiday.

This week we have added Romanesco to the website. Romanesco, also known as Romanesque cauliflower or Romanesco broccoli, is a visually striking, lime-green vegetable known for its natural fractal spiral pattern.

Winter is almost upon us. Colder days have us reaching for comfort food. Vegies are often overlooked when we think of comfort food.

One of the questions we get asked a lot is "can I create my own box" or "can I make changes to the set boxes". The answer to both of these is Yes!!

One of the easiest ways to make your own is jump online at www.vegieboxes.com.au and just select the products that you would like to add. If you wish to make a change to a set box, and you are ordering online, simply put the changes you wish to make in the order comments section. I will confirm if the price changes by doing this.

Makes it easier than paying for something you just don't want or eat. Photos are of some of the custom boxes we have packed for customers.

We have freshly dug Mayflower potatoes available again. The perfect potato for homemade chips, wedges or baked potatoes.

As we move into the colder months, we have plenty of fresh seasonal vegies available. Delivered to your door with only a $2 surcharge for orders $30 and over.

Today is world bee day. They play such an important role in our food security and environment. We always have plenty of them in our garden here.

To celebrate we will be adding raw honeycomb to our range mid next week.

Raw honeycomb is a nutritious, unpasteurized substance containing raw honey, beeswax, pollen, and propolis. It offers many wonderful health benefits. We will have available in blackberry, stringybark gum and leatherwood honeycomb. $13 for 120-160g tubs.

We also have a large range of raw honey available as well from Honey B. Pharm. Perfect as the cold season sets in. Honey, lemon & ginger is my favourite drink when feeling unwell.

We have loads of fresh seasonal produce available this week. Delivered to your door with only a $2 fuel surcharge. (minimum order amount $30.

Potatoes, red onions, brown onions, leek, beetroot, swede, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts, pumpkin, spring onions, mandarins, oranges, grapes, apples and pears just to name a few.

Tasmanian blueberries have almost come to an end unfortunately.

We are still offering our popular staples box for $30. This includes the following -
