Surprise mum with an easy to make yet delicious Chocolate Pecan tart this Mother’s Day! 🍫🥧
1️⃣ Blitz chocolate biscuits in the food processor until fine.
2️⃣ Add Pecan & Maple Dessert Dukkah and blitz again for a few secs.
3️⃣ Melt butter and pour it in while blitzing.
4️⃣ Press the crumb mix into a 23cm tart pan (no need to grease!).
5️⃣ Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours (or freeze for 30-45 mins if you're short on time).
6️⃣ Break choc into small bits in a bowl.
7️⃣ Warm cream gently (don’t boil!) and pour over choc. Wait a min, then stir ‘til smoooooth.
8️⃣ Pour the silky ganache into the base.
9️⃣ Top with pecans and more Pecan & Maple Dessert Dukkah for extra crunch.
🔟 Chill for at least 2 hours to set.
Serve with whipped cream and fresh berries. Ta-Da! 🍓✨
