Tasting Notes:
This bold, naturally fermented hot sauce starts with fiery habaneros, aged for two weeks to develop deep tropical heat and a funky fermented punch. It's finished with white vinegar for a clean, sharp brightness that cuts through the fire. The result? A raw, unfiltered expression of chilli โ€” intense, tangy, and alive with flavour.

Two weeks of natural fermentation bring bold tang and rich umami to this one-of-a-kind sauce. Deep, jammy blueberry sweetness meets mellow chili heat, with layers of dark fruit, warm spice, and bright vinegar acidity. Cracked peppercorns add a subtle bite and aromatic depth that lingers on the finish.
