Jun: "I used to watch Steamed Eggs like a hawk and still overcook it. Once it’s ’old’ 蒸老蛋 the whole dish is ruined. Now I use instant pot, it turns out perfect every time!!! It’s so silky smooth, I have to be careful not to break it when pouring soy sauce over it 😂 It even jiggles like jelly 😍"
