Mama Ella Little Bakery (M.E.L.B) What started off as baking for loved ones, M.E.L.B is a home bakery based in Oakleigh South, Melbourne, Australia. Then I wanted to do something creative.

It started in 2011, I am a cake and food enthusiast who takes all the photos of the food that I cook. I used to bake on and off, with cookies and cupcakes being my particular favourites. Then I started experimenting, and in this process, I discovered a passion for baking. I also found that my baked goodies were a hit among friends. Then they recommended me to start home based bakery. At first I wa

s quite reluctant, but then after a few orders came in, and how they loved it, I saw a good opportunity to get it started as a side job. At the moment, there are a few orders coming in, slow but steady. I also keep experimenting and challenging myself to create my very own signature dish/cake.
