The property has a large number of native trees and shrubs like eucalyptus, banksias, grevilleas, callistemons, tea trees, and other seasonal wildflowers. Our honey is cold extracted from November to February, but it's available for most of the year. Our honeycomb is freshly harvested to order only between November and February. We don't use sugar to feed the bees. The honey is unprocessed, so it

has all of its natural properties. Unprocessed raw honey is full of antioxidants, as well as it has antibacterial and antifungal power. They're also thought to be the reason raw honey has shown immune-boosting and anticancer benefits. Heavy processing destroys these valuable nutrients.
