Butchers On George Established in 2006 we’ve strived forwards to bring you a modern but still traditional take on the Moes Longest established Butcher Shop.

Butchers On George is situated in George Street, out of the way of all the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk around from the main street. Current Owner Andrew Parniak started his apprenticeship here and after seeking further experience elsewhere came back in 2006 and took over the reins. Beef, Lamb, Pork are Chicken are sourced as locally as possible. Butchers on George are famous for the

re smallgoods including there Award winning Kabana. After adding a commercial kitchen in 2021 they now provide weekly ready made meals with a rotating menu of classic Australian and international dishes. Butchers on George are Latrobe Valleys only stockist of all the low and slow BBQ cuts, have the biggest rub and sauce range. Be sure to come down and check them out for yourself!
