Happy Spring! Wow what a spectacular day it is too! Look at all those gorgeous daffodils 🌼 they really give you the vibes. I am loving today! Things are ramping up here at the farm. Let’s pray for a warmer Spring than last year. Bring on berry season.

Welcome to the newest additions to the farm. Billy’s Organic Egg production has expanded from our chickens and now Ducks! You can now get yourself some delicious Duck Eggs to delight your taste buds. From fried or poached to the best sponge in town! 🍰 local deliveries available or available from farm gate until we are at markets again in summer.

Has been a very hard week at the strawberry farm losing our beloved Texas on Wednesday. 14 wonderful years and memories with the most amazing dog! He was more of our child than a dog. Everyone thought he was the most spoilt pup ever, but it was Krystle, the kids and I who were the spoilt ones because he chose us to be his humans. Life won’t be the same without him, we miss him dearly! A huge chapter of our lives has just closed. Rest easy our beautiful boy, we know you and Ranger are together again ###

Thank you to Tayler Made Designs for our spectacular Barn Owl Boxes. The farm is very excited about these finally being erected. Bring on the owl patrol 🦉

A photo sent to us from our lovely client Lakeside Produce & Berries . Last year we custom made Barn Owl Boxes for their organic farm. The hope is to encourage the owls to nest and hunt on the farm forming a natural ecological partnership for rodent control 🦉🐀🍓

They say it pays to advertise. Krystal was so chuffed with her first place with her jams at last year's Mansfield Show that she is letting everyone at today's Mansfield Farmers Market know.
Not too early to start thinking about jams, preserves and pickles you can enter in 2026.

Changing of the guards. It’s coming to the end of our season at the strawberry farm and it’s in all its glory! The stunning scenery of balayage of tones is spectacular! The hues beam from the ground as the leaves fall and signal that winter is coming. It truly is a magical time here. With only a few weeks left of our delicious strawberries 🍓
