Community announcement

To our valued customers and community.

Over the last few weeks we have noticed that the bins provided along the front shop and over at the bunyip statue are being used for general household rubbish, we ask that you reframe from bringing rubbish from your home to these bins. These are provided to help keep the community clean. We cannot keep the stop in area and shop front clean if we have no room in the bins.

When the bins are overflowing the rubbish flys over the highway, birds and critters are able to spread it around etc.

If you or anyone you know is struggling with their rubbish service, please do the right thing and contact council on 1300 696 272 instead of over filling community bins and creating a mess for other community members to clean up.
