This vegan Italian wedding soup is delicious, comforting, and full of flavour! Made with hearty cannellini bean “meatballs,” tender orzo pasta, fennel and spinach, it’s packed with vibrant flavours and perfect for cozying up with on a chilly day. 🌿❤️
Available at 12:30pm as part of the co-op’s regular Friday Lunch series. This week’s chef is Laura Laura Cornelius back from her travels.

Look, who's back? New season fresh, local, organic macadamias! And they are so crunchy and delicious. Such a versatile food and highly nutritious. They can be used in sweet or savoury dish.
