Today we made traditional Anzac biscuits with a little spicy twist.
Using 1/2 a teaspoon of our ground ginger & 1/2 teaspoon mixed spice.
They were so delicious they didn’t last long.

Using our chimichurri
We made the chimichurri into a paste with 1/2 vinegar and 1/2 olive oil and rubbed into beef during cooking and poured over when serving.
Served with crispy roast veg
This was hearty and comforting enjoyed by the whole family 🫶🏼

Attention Bribie customers

We are very sorry but will not be attending
Sylvan Beach Markets this Saturday 4th April.

Due to a family wedding to attend.

We will be back on the Island at the Lions Club market Woorim the following Saturday 11th April 7-1pm

This is a one off and will be back as usual Sylvsn beach Lunch market the following month in May.

Hope you all have a wonderful long weekend filled with relaxation and chocolate.

What a beautiful and crazy day!
With Mother Nature not quite making up her mind we experienced 4 seasons in one day 🌞🌧️⛈️☔️🌞🌈
A massive thank you to all our wonderful customers who stopped by our stall today
New or existing customers we truly appreciate your support of our small business and visiting of The Redcliffe market.
We hope you are enjoying all of our seasonings and teas
