The butcher behind the business, and the beard behind the logo. Diezal has been butchering for over 10 years. After getting his qualification he worked his way up to management in a store before we decided to start our mobile business. He loves this trade and takes pride in his work.

SAUSAGE SUNDAY 🤙

How was your weekend? We spent ours processing a Jersey Cross, which ended up being just over 370kg dressed. 40kg of which were turned into sausages, ready for Summer barbecues.
Another happy customer, doesn’t get much better.

We’ve been getting heaps of messages and phone calls asking for our pricing, so here it is.

These prices include everything from supply of a cool room to packaging.

We should have our custom built cool room in the coming weeks so we will soon be taking bookings for mid-late August.

As we are starting off with one cool room, we encourage you to contact us early to secure your preferred dates and avoid disappointment.
