High Protein Tiramisu 🤌🏼

Ingredients:
• 1 cup fat free greek yogurt, plain
• 1/2 cup 0% cottage cheese
• 4 laughing cow cheese wedges OR 80g of light cream cheese
• 1/4 cup any sweetener
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 scoop of Signature Whey Protein Iced Caffe Latte flavour
• Double espresso (extended with water)
• 8-12 ladyfingers (depending on size)
• unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting on top)

Notes:
• if you have instant coffee powder, you can add 1 tbsp to your cream for a deeper flavour.
• instead of ladyfingers, you can use weetbix, but it won’t give you the traditional flavour!

🍪 42g PROTEIN COOKIES & CREAM NINJA CREAMI 🍪

Cookies & Cream ice cream is already pretty hard to beat. But a high protein version with great macros that still tastes like legit like the real thing is completely a different story.

Here’s how to make it:

INGREDIENTS
4 Thin Oreos
150ml light milk
0.5tsp of xanthan or guar gum (optional - but recommended)
1.5 Scoops of Signature Protein Ice Cream Sandwich
150ml water
Sweetener to taste (optional)

METHOD

1. Add the light milk, protein, water, xanthan/guar gum and sweetener to a blender or food processor.
2. Scrape the cream filling from the 4 oreos into the mixture.
3. Blend until completely smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into your container and freeze until solid. Freeze for at least 12 hours.
5. Take it out of the freezer and let it thaw for 10-20 minutes (optional - but recommended)
6. Spin it Lite-Ice Cream mode.
7. Add the cookie part of the oreos you used earlier
8. Spin it on the Mix-In function
9. Smash 🙂

Signature Protein Taro is up next, but right now TARO MILK WPI has come out swinging. The feedback on the flavour so far has honestly been unreal. TYSM if you bought it upon launch!

FYI, I am fully aware I’m holding a purple sweet potato and not actual taro. My grocery store didn’t have any, so I had to improvise somehow 😂

Anyway, this a very condensed summary of the process we went through to turn this flavour from concept into reality. As much as I wish it only took 1 minute and 34 seconds (lol), it was actually a very long process of iteration. To the effect of 6 months, actually.

We tested so many references and worked through countless formulations before finally landing on the one.

The flavour references we ultimately chose were a combination of taro milk from a very popular brand that we definitely can’t name because we enjoy not being sued, paired with a thick taro syrup that’s commonly used in milk tea bases.

When we combined the things we loved most about both, we landed on a lightly vanilla milk base complemented by that characteristic taro starchiness.

To our fellow taro lovers… we genuinely think you’re going to love this one 🤝🫶🏼

🍃 PANDAN PROTEIN PANCAKES 🥞

Cals 610, Protein 52, Carbs 72, Fat 11.

DRY INGREDIENTS
80g Self Raising Flour
1.5 scoop of WPI Pandan
10g Tapioca Flour
Zero calorie sweetener
8g baking powder

WET INGREDIENTS
80g fat free yoghurt
1 egg
10ml lite coconut milk
300ml pandan leaf extract (we used the Por Kwan brand)
1tsp Pandan Concentrate (Optional)

How to do the thing:
1. Sift and combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well to prevent clumping.
2. Add the wet ingredients and stir until you achieve a smooth, batter-like consistency.
3. Preheat a pan over low–medium heat.
4 Pour the batter into the pan and spread it evenly.
5. Cover the pan with a lid and allow it to cook.
6. Flip once the base is set, then cover again to ensure it cooks through evenly.
