Anthropologists have theorized that early human body odour was so rank it actually helped ward off predators. But nowadays nobody wants to smell like roadkill in a heatwave, so get yourself out of odour with our discounted Woohoo deodorants.

We have seven varieties in stick (cardboard tube) and paste (metal tin) form. The stick packaging is cardboard and compostable and the metal tin is recyclable. The stick can also be used as an anti-chafe product (for sticky thighs, etc).

Introducing organic ceremonial cacao from Mindful Foods. Finally an option that doesn't come in plastic! And it's well priced too at $41.95 for 350g (member price). Also we might eventually be able to offer this in bulk if it is popular.

Melt 10–15g (for a daily boost) or 25–45g (for a full ceremonial dose) of cacao paste in 150ml of hot water and a generous glug of plant milk. Add spices of choice, cinnamon and cardamom are ideal, or chilli if you want to go traditional. Whisk or blend until frothy, and enjoy it mindfully while setting intentions or meditating.

Great for a morning or mid-afternoon pick me up.

The Church Farm General Store range began as homemade products on a roadside stall in Billinudgel, near Brunswick Heads. Although they are now produced in a commercial kitchen and distributed across the country, their products are still made in small batches with care from only natural ingredients.

We stock a range of their sauces and four of their delicious curry pastes: Red, Green, Rendang and Homestyle Indian.

To spice, or not to spice, that is the question. Especially as there’s an acute worldwide shortage of cardamom right now. Climate change impacts and waves of pests and diseases have decimated crops and prices are sky high. The spice fields in India didn’t get the rain they needed. Closely related to ginger and turmeric, and harvested for at least 4000 years, cardamom is rich in essential oils and has an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effect. Spice up your life and use it in chai blends, cakes, or spice blends for marinades.
