👋 Hey there, we wanted to reach out and reintroduce ourselves.
We are Ian & Kylie, owners of FTMC.
We have 2 sons and have always lived in the local area.

We originally purchased the Chicken Shop in Bilo arcade in 2005 before relocating to our current premises in December 2013 bringing our total number of years in business to 21.

We are community focused and have proudly sponsored many events, clubs and charities over the years.

Small business is challenging, however backed by our dedicated staff and amazing customers we are grateful to have made 21 years in business.

When this arrived in store I was skeptical….However, can confirm…. It’s da Bomb 💥
I have tried it in scrambled eggs, in potato salad dressing, on popcorn & sprinkled on chicken skin prior to roasting.
It is a limited edition so may not be around for long!!

Coated in Magic Dust, seared then baked, 170’c for 45 mins👌
Added some button mushrooms cooked in Cowboy butter rub 🤤

Our Butt fillets range from 650g - 1kg - buy a whole or ask our team to slice for you.
