All hands on deck. Here's a 20 second video of some of what we do on Wednesdays; the eve of the negozio opening for our 3 days of trade.

Our products are a lot of labour and love. No shortcuts and small batches. That's how we ensure we are produce quality products for our customers.

A huge thank you to our customers who came into the Negozio over the last couple of days so eager to try our Yiayia's Pastitsio. Her recipe. Nick's kitchen.

We have already received positive feedback from all types of customers. Those with and without Greek heritage.

This makes us immensely proud that we're hitting the mark with this product.

Our Pastitsio is going to be a new staple product in our take home meals range. Which will be able to be found in the freezer section.

Today we are launching our Pastitsio. 100% Yiayia's recipe. No substitute of ingredients, no shortcuts and no compromises.

We have made our Pastitsio in 2 sizes. 1kg & 2.2kg.

This product is another recipe straight out of Yiayia's cookbook.

You're loving our Greek products. So we've decided to add to it.

WHAT IS PASTITSIO?
It's a Greek pasta bake, long bucatini pasta stacked with a rich beef mince ragu then finished with a thick layer of béchamel and grated cheese.

On Tuesday's I do my best to go past my Yiayia's house for a coffee inbetween or after my deliveries ☕️👵

I told her how popular her recipes are with our customers and everyone is loving the Greek products that we're making.

"Are people asking for you to put things aside?"

Customers are coming in purchasing her Fasolada (Greek Bean Soup), we're making more every 2-3 weeks. Her Risogalo (Rice Pudding) is selling out weekly and we are receiving pre-orders for it!

Her Moussaka is also becoming a family staple that families are adding to their midweek meals or easy entertaining!

Last week we launched another family favourite, Manestra also known as Kritharaki! It sold out by Friday morning!!

From this amazing response to Yiayia's recipes, we are launching a new product this week which will be available from Thursday/Friday. We will be following Yiayia's recipe and keeping it the same as how she makes it for us. We can't wait to share another family recipe with you all!

It has been so overwhelming and beautiful to see customers of all ages, backgrounds and ethnicities coming into the Negozio to purchase my Grandma's cooking 🥹❤️
