There is no prohibited time for obligatory prayers;
This is the general instruction regarding the prohibition of prayer. But other hadiths have made exceptions to certain prayers at times. For example:-
1. It is important to recite the obligatory prayer whenever there is an opportunity to perform it. The Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Whoever prays one rakat of Asr prayer before sunset and one rakat of Fajr prayer before sunrise, he prays (on time).” (Bukhari, Muslim, Mishkat no. 601)
He also said, "Whoever prays one rak'ah of 'Asr before sunset, let him complete the rest of his rak'ah (even after sunset). And whoever prays one rak'ah of Fajr before the sun rises, let him complete the rest of his rak'ah (even after the sun has risen)." (Bukhari, Mishkat no. 602)
2. Similarly, if you have forgotten to perform any obligatory prayer, it is important to remember it at any time as soon as possible, or if you have fallen asleep, it is necessary to perform it as soon as you wake up after waking up. The Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said, “When someone sleeps, it is not his laziness. Relaxation occurs in the waking state. So when someone forgets to recite a prayer or falls asleep, he should recite it only when he remembers (or wakes up). Because, Allah Ta'ala says, "Establish prayer in order to remember Me." (Muslim, Mishkat No. 604, Qur'an Majid 20/14).

❝Qa'a of Sunnat Namaz: It is Sunnat, not necessary, to perform Qa'a if the Sunnat Namaz runs away. On the other hand, if you leave it intentionally, it is not valid. If read, it is not acceptable” [Almumte’, Sharhe Fiqh, Ibn Uthaymeen 4/102.
