𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐌𝐞
One day, you’ll remember the person who loved you so much that they forgot to love themselves. You’ll remember them when you wake up, when you eat, when you’re about to sleep. They will be your greatest nightmare. You will be the one crying, and they will be the one happy with someone else.
One day, you’ll regret losing them. You lost the person who did everything for you. You lost the person who was always there for you when no one else is. You lost them because of your ego. You lost the person who stayed by your side even if you threw harsh words to them. You lost the person who tried to understand you when they needed you and you were not there.
One day, you’ll realize that they were the one for you. The person who stood by your side even if you don’t appreciate them. The person you chose to let go because you’re full of pride. One day, you’ll realize that the person you screwed up and left for another person, was the person who kept on fighting and defending you when they heard gossips about you.
One day, you’ll see them happy and contented with the life they have when you left them. They will thank you for letting them go and for making them realize they are worth of something so much better, that there is someone out there who is willing to do everything for them. They will look into your eyes with no feelings for you at all.
One day, when you see them, you will feel like you’ve been stabbed in your heart a millions times for giving up on them. And when that day comes, no matter what you do, no matter what you say to them, it will not make sense because they were already done spending years of their life trying to make you love them as they loved you. But you didn’t 💔
