✨ Celebrate New Year's with ONZU's Special BBQ Chicken Recipe! 🍗🔥

Looking for the perfect dish to kickstart your new year celebrations? Try our Classic BBQ Chicken recipe! It’s juicy, flavorful, and super easy to make at home. Here’s how:

🍴 Ingredients:

1 kg chicken (drumsticks, thighs, or wings)
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp BBQ sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
🔥 For grilling:

Extra BBQ sauce for basting
🧑‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Clean the chicken and make small cuts for the marinade to seep in.
2️⃣ Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and coat the chicken thoroughly.
3️⃣ Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight for best results).
4️⃣ Grill the chicken over medium heat, turning occasionally and basting with BBQ sauce.
5️⃣ Serve hot with coleslaw, garlic bread, or roasted veggies for the perfect meal.
