It has been so long that Bhutanese agriculture started dwindling and people started moving out of villages in search of better economic opportunities, this was caused by the total lack of market for most agriculture products. In recent years only those crops which had better market potentials in the unorganized market started taking over other crops which are required daily, causing Bhutan to be i

mport dependent. In an effort to reverse these two trends or rural-urban migration and import dependence for daily requirements, 251 youths from all parts of Bhutan came together forming an organized network for marketing agriculture products and imparting high-performing organic agriculture knowledge to farmers. Now that there is market for all agriculture products in all parts of Bhutan, people who have left villages to move into rural areas are moving back.
