Heads up 📣

The shop will be closed today Tuesday June 23rd for a maintenance day and some extra planning for a busy summer season ahead! Our Bowen Island community has been such an amazing support through the first half of the year and we want to plan some extra fun products and events for our second summer in Snug Cove 😎

We will be back to our regular hours on Wednesday June 24th at 10am 🛒

Also - if you didn't know. The Village Square parking lot will be closed from 7am until approximately 1pm for line panting. Street parking is limited but you can always park at the overflow parking off Cates hill! 🚗

You've been asking, and now we can tell you! Our delicious smoked meats will be filling the air and your bellies this summer with three patio pop ups !
We had so much fun last year, there was no way we couldn't do it again 😎

The dates are:

Wednesday July 1st - Canada Day
Sunday August 2nd BC Day
Sunday September 6th - Labour Day

Stunning pasture raised Yorkshire pork raised the right way by our farmers in Naniamo,BC are in the fresh case this week. We take these beautiful loins and age them 14 days to firm up the skin and let the natural enzymes begin to tenderize the meat for the perfect bit. This is pork like you've never had before!!

Let the games begin!!

Erik is off to Kamloops this weekend to compete in the 3rd annual British Columbia Best Butcher Competition hosted 🔪

18 of BCs best go head to head in three 45 min rounds where the top three scores move on to the finals. It's a stiff competition full of so much talent and it brings a lot of amazing attention to this industry! 🤘🏻

The first round begins at 10am where Erik is on table #1. Tune into the Instagram page to follow along with the live stream and updates !
