Do you need ground beef for Summer BBQ grill outs? We have a producer with 2 longhorn/Watusi cross virgin Bulls. Watusi meat is known for being very low in fat & cholesterol while still maintaining high quality and excellent flavor. These boys have been raised on Hay and greenfeed.
Selling in 1/4, 1/2 or whole
7$/lb hanging weight, all costs included
Harvest near the end of June

5 pasture raised pigs available from a trusted local producer.
The pic on the left is 2025‘s piggies in the pasture. The picture on the right is in their shelter this year. Nice and clean! The field they are in this year is of course still working on turning green (thanks to our 7th false spring!)
Harvest will be end of May-early June
1.50/lb live weight + harvest & cut/wrap.
