This might be a weird thing for a business to say, but legit.... I just got home and had a tuna salad w homemade mayo, and now i'm about to continue to prep for this weekend. I have a friend covering Saturday at the Edmonton Downtown Farmers Market (thankfully!!) so I can go to the Seeds peach festival in spruce grove.

You might see us at regular events, but behind the scenes? we're like a duck -- calm on top but our legs are RUNNING HARD. This small biz s**t aint NO JOKE.

We've got legs tho..... Don't dip!! Stick with us.... all the food nerd stuff is coming....

Great night full of excellent folx and some great connections at the Alt After Dark night market!! Looking forward to the end of August when we get to do it again!!

Reminder to the new people here: all the regular blends you see at the market are currently on the website, and the food nerd stuff, the low FODMAP stuff, and the gift sets are all coming. As soon as I have a chance — right now however, I’m going to bed because tomorrow is a full day at the Edmonton Downtown Farmers Market!

There will be NO downtime for the black garlic maker in the next 3 months! 9 days for a kg to do it's thing, a day or two to dry the odd batch.
