🥩 The Great Dry-Aging Experiment is Underway at Meathead Inc.!

Starting August 16th, we officially loaded up our dry-ager with a fresh batch of prime cuts, and we’re aging them for 35 to 40 days using two different methods side-by-side.

📅 Ready for Pickup: September 20th – September 25th

The Cuts

🥩 Striploin

🥩 Ribeye

The Aging Styles

Classic Dry-Aged: Traditional open-air aging to build up a nice, heavy pellicle and deliver that deep, complex, nutty flavor.

Tallow-Encased: Coated in a thick layer of rendered beef tallow to slow down moisture loss, resulting in an exceptionally tender, rich taste profile.

These custom-aged cuts will be ready right between September 20th and September 25th, but quantities are strictly limited!
