Split chickpeas dosa - gluten free, vegan dosa option.
1- soak split chickpeas for 4 hours
2- rinse and puree the soaked chickpeas
3- add salt, grated carrots and diced onions to the batter.
4 - apply oil to the pan with brush on medium to high heat. Oil prevents the batter from burning
5 - add a scoop of the batter and spread the batter outwards
6 - cook for 3 minutes with a lid, flip and do the same.

Cozy Turmeric Mung bean with whole wheat flatbread.
1) roast b**g bean for 10 mins
2) cook 1 cup mung bean with 6 gloves of garlic, 2 tomatoes and 2 tsp of Annada turmeric powder till the mung bean crushes at touch
3) serve with rice or flatbread

✨ INSTAPOT RICE & PEAS MAGIC! ✨
Comfort food doesn’t get easier than this! A wholesome, single-pot meal featuring black-eyed peas and a delicious hint of Annada Fennel Powder. Perfect for quick dinners or meal prep!
What You Need:
• 1 cup White Rice
• 1 cup Annada Black Eyed Peas
• 1 tsp Annada Fennel Powder
• 3 cups Water
Salt to taste
Quick Steps:
1. Rinse the rice & peas well.
2. Soak for 30 minutes, then drain.
3. Add all ingredients to the Instapot.
4. Cook on the White Rice setting. Done!
Enjoy hot! P.S. They store great in the fridge for lunch the next day. 🍚🫛
