Every Friday in July and August we keep the store open until 9PM, bring in local musicians and a Food Truck, and invite the community to come hang out under our pavilion.

Announcing is our JULY lineup!

We kick things off Friday July 3 with our friend on the keyboard and the amazing volunteers from serving up poutine, burgers and dogs.

🍦🍨🚂 ICE CREAM COUNTER IS OPEN!

The warm weather is finally here, which means the Summit Station ice cream counter is open again for the season!

Every week we will curate six of our favourite flavours from some of Ontario's incredible processors - like - and offer scoops in cups, cones, or scrumptious waffle cones from local maker ! 🍦

And...of course...every order is topped off with a bit of choo-choo chocolate made specially for us by Hamilton's 🚂

Counter is open 10AM today!

Note that we are CLOSED on Victoria Day. 🎇

A short time ago, on a farm not too far away...

A brave alliance of dairy producers has once again created a special blue milk.

To crush their thirst, rabid Star Wars fans must battle the Hwy 52 traffic to find their way to a red-sided fortress in search of this elusive, limited edition, limited supply dairy treat before May the Fourth.

Powerful enough to crush an Instagram feed, finding a pint of Bantha Milk is this week's adventure...

Join us on Saturday May 9th, from 10AM to 3PM for the Summit Station Dairy MOO-ther's Day Market!

💐 MAKE A BOUQUET!
Learn how to make a beautiful hand-tied bouquet. Led by local grower this fun and informative 90-minute workshop will teach you about spring bulbs, then guide you through making your very own spring bouquet for mom (or yourself!). All flowers and tools provided. $80+HST per person. Space is limited and registration required (Link in bio)

 🛍 SHOP LOCAL MAKERS
Stroll through our pavillion and meet 15 independent local makers. Shop soaps, tallow lotion, jewellery, woodwork, gourmet pet snacks, pottery, and more! You're sure to find the perfect gift for Mom.

🐮 FREE OPEN BARN
From 10AM-3PM our main barn will be open for you to see the cows.

🌱 MAKE A DAY OF IT
While you’re out our way, be sure to stop by our neighbours next door at Manorun Farm for an incredible plant sale, music and more!
