Hi everyone!! Welcome to 2026!! When it comes to the weather right now, it cannot be much better. Simply letting us get to work earlier this year to get things ready for fruit production is a treat.

With allergies starting to arrive, we have our delicious honey available. Raw/unpasteurized and from the hives on our orchard. The honey is from 2025 crop year harvested in August.

* 1 kg - $18
* 3 kg - $50

Also available is beeswax at $12/lb. Just give me a call first for the beeswax so I can make sure it is ready for you.

We also have fresh 2025 crop year Grade A Madagascar Vanilla Beans. These beans are soft, pliable, 7-8” and minimum 5 g each. They come from a family run farm in Madagascar. They are perfect for cooking, baking, making vanilla extract, making vanilla paste or vanilla bean powder. The beans are $4 each and available in packages of 5 ($20) or 10 ($40). They are quite plump and around at least 5 cm wide.

Hi everyone!! Madagascar Vanilla beans have finally arrived in time for the holidays!!

I have finally received the Madagascar 8” gourmet grade A vanilla beans from the 2025 crop. They come from a small and very proud and hard working Madagascar family owned farm. The same family that provided the beans last year and earlier this year. Super plump, soft and amazing. Each bean is at least 1/2 cm in width and minimum 5g each.

Beans are vacuum sealed in 5 and 10 bean packages in order to keep them fresh

5 beans (25g min / package) - $20
10 beans (50g min / package) - $40

These beans are perfect for the following:
- drying and grinding down for vanilla powder
- baking
- vanilla extract (use white rum, bourbon or vodkaor glycerin for non alcohol extract)
- vanilla paste (can be made with the used beans from the extract made with honey, maple syrup or sugar)
- vanilla sugar

If you are interested, DM to make sure I am home and stop by to pick up or take a chance I am in the studio (top of the driveway) and come by. We also have raw/unpasteurized honey from the bee hives on the orchard available (500g -$10, 1kg-$18, 3kg-$50)

Hi there.

Stop by for apple juice if you are looking for some this long weekend. We have our blend of gala, honey crisp and ambrosia apple juice in a 5 L box for you. Flash pasteurized and delicious. $18/5 L box ❤️

We also have honey available from the hives on our orchard. Unpasturized/raw.

So far no frost so if you are still looking for ambrosia apples this week, DM the day before and they will available the next morning

Happy Fall everyone!!

This will be our last weekend for apple sales at the orchard. Where has the time gone?

We will have Ambrosia apples as well as some Honey Crisp apples still available to purchase.
If you would like larger box orders of ambrosia next week, please contact me asap to place the order.

We will also have our juice blend of Gala, Honey Crisp and Ambrosia apples in a fresh pressed flash pastuerized 5L container. This is our 8th year making the juice blend and it is quite popular and delicious. The price is remaining the same as the previous 2 years at $18/5L box.

The box is good unopened for 1 year from date pressed (October 1, 2025) and once open, it is good and safe to be kept on the counter for 3 months. You also can store it in the fridge if you wish.

We also still have some large cinderella pumkins available too and some smaller warty ones and pie pumpkins too.

And 2025 honey also in stock from the bee hives on the property.

We will have Honey Crisp and Ambrosia apples available for you saturday and sunday as well as those awesome pumpkins that you have seen growing bigger on the hill have now been picked and are ready to take home 🎃

Honey from the hives on the orchard is also available - raw/unpasteurized

We still have some gala apples, just let me know and we will get those ready for you as well.

Morning from Inuksuk Orchards!!
Located at 2400 Longhill Road

We are open again this weekend for purchasing Gala, Honey Crisp and raw/unpasteurized honey from the hives on the orchard. Apples are picked fresh for you daily. Please bring your recycled bag to transport the apples.

We also take larger orders throughout the week. Please preorder the night before and they will be picked and ready for you the next morning. Also, apples are kept in the fridge during the week for those that missed the weekend market 😉

Apple harvest is finally here!

We will be open on saturday and sunday from 10-5 with fresh picked gala and honey crisp. Same prices as last year. If you are looking for larger orders, please preorder if possible so we can have it all ready for you when you arrive.

We are also looking at doing a preorder and pickup this year. If you are looking for a large bulk order or just a small order for pickup to get you thru the week, please DM your name/text # and amount and apple type and we will have it all ready for you to pickup the next day by 10 am.

Also, please bring your own bags agan in to pack away your apples. Thanks so much ❤️😉
