🌱 RED RUSSIAN KALE MICROGREENS ARE HERE! 🌱

One of my favourites—and for good reason! ❤️

Red Russian Kale microgreens have a mild, fresh kale flavour with a slightly sweet, earthy taste and tender little leaves. They’re delicious tucked into sandwiches and wraps, tossed into salads, sprinkled over soups, added to grain bowls, or simply eaten straight from the container! 🥗

And they pack a nutritional punch, too! 🌱 Kale microgreens are a great source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, making these tiny greens an easy and delicious way to add some extra goodness to your meals.

And of course, Red Russian Kale is just one of MANY microgreens I'll have at the Wolfville Farmers' Market tomorrow!

After such an amazing response to our vinaigrette debut last week, I’m SO excited to bring you two brand-new flavours this week! 🎉

🍓 Strawberry Red W**e Vinaigrette
Made with beautiful local strawberries, this one is sweet, tangy and packed with strawberry flavour. A delicious way to dress up your summer salads!

🍎 Herbed Apple Vinaigrette
Made with local apples and local apple c***r vinegar, blended with herbs for a bright, fresh and slightly sweet vinaigrette that tastes like summer in the Valley. 🌿

And don’t worry… the Garlic Scape & Herb Vinaigrette is BACK IN STOCK! 🧄🌿

🌿 IT’S FINALLY HERE… OUR FIRST VINAIGRETTE! 🌿

Okay, we’ve been keeping a little secret… but I think it’s time for the official reveal! 😂💚

Tomorrow we’re bringing our first-ever vinaigrette to the market — Garlic Scape & Herb Vinaigrette! 🧄🌿🥗

Introducing SAUCED IN THE VALLEY
by Steadman Road Market Garden 🌱

This is the beginning of a new line of homemade sauces, dressings and delicious things to come — made with as many local ingredients as we can source, including ingredients grown right here at Steadman Road Market Garden.

We’re also doing things a little differently. For our dressings, we’re using fresh ingredients that are freeze-dried to help lock in their freshness, flavour and nutrients before they go into our recipes. It’s one of the ways we’re able to capture that incredible taste of the harvest and bring it to you in a bottle. 💚

Our labels are still a work in progress (we’re getting there! 😆), so for now, you’ll see a simple generic sticker on the bottles letting you know that they’re made with fresh ingredients that have been freeze-dried to preserve their freshness, flavour and nutrients.
