🌾 Sourdough Rye Bread Update 🌾
A little update from the kitchen!
One of the things I've been working on lately is perfecting my sourdough rye bread. The more I research traditional rye breads, the more I learn about the different spices and seasonings that can be used to create that warm, earthy flavor people associate with rye.
My goal is to create a blend that gives you that classic rye taste while still staying true to the style of bread I want to offer. So if you notice some changes along the way, that's because I'm constantly testing, learning, and refining my recipes.
As always, everything is made in small batches, which gives me the opportunity to experiment, make adjustments, and continue growing in the world of sourdough.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me. Every loaf teaches me something new, and I can't wait to share the results with you!

I recently met a fellow farmer EdenWay Farm whose daughter handcrafts the most beautiful, one-of-a-kind birdhouses. Every single piece is thoughtfully made with so much creativity and attention to detail — you can truly feel the love that goes into them.
We added a few of her birdhouses around the farm and the birds moved in almost immediately 🐦 The tree swallows absolutely adore them, and it has brought so much life and song to our trees. Seeing little families nesting in something made by hand makes it feel even more meaningful.
It’s such a gift to come across talented young makers who care about nature, beauty, and craftsmanship the way she does. Thank you for sharing your talent with the world — your work is making both people and birds very happy around here 🌿✨

Such an awesome family farm. Everything is so fresh. And those one of a kind bird houses that their super talented daughter makes are amazing. So much thought put into them. We absolutely love them and so do our birds ❤️
