🔨 BIG UPDATE FROM LASALLE PRIME MEATS 🔨

It’s been a little while since our last update, so we wanted to check in with everyone who’s been following our journey.

Over the last few weeks, we’ve been hard at work behind the scenes pushing through construction and bringing our vision to life.

The concrete is down, the plumbing is complete, the HVAC is in, and we’re officially entering the final stages of construction and finishing touches before we begin filling the store.

Seeing everything come together has been exciting, and every day it feels a little more real.

We started this project with one goal — to build a butcher shop that LaSalle and Windsor-Essex can be proud of. A place focused on quality products, exceptional service, and a shopping experience that feels different from the big chains.

The support from this community has honestly been incredible. Every follow, share, comment, message, and recommendation means the world to us.

We’re also excited to see so many great things happening in LaSalle. A special congratulations to our neighbours at Amici Deli & Bakery as they get closer to opening as well. It’s exciting to see local businesses investing in this community, and we can’t wait for everyone to experience what’s coming to Camillo’s Corner.

What started as an idea, late nights, and a lot of conversations… is now right here in front of us.

Not finished yet.
Still a lot of work to do inside.
But this was one of those moments that makes it all feel real.

We’re not just opening a shop — we’re building something for this community.
