We are closed today. We will be resting and recharging after an exceptional week.
We will be taking time to learn about and honour the struggle of workers who fought for the right to reasonable working conditions and hours. Today is a day of rest and reflection.

Sweet Roll Sunday!!!!

We took some gorgeous yellow plums from Inglis Legacy Farm and cooked them down into a sticky Jam and slathered it throughout the roll, sprinkled it with toasted coconut before rolling it up tight. Topped off with a plum and cream cheese frosting and more roasted coconut. Yum

Today's feature loaf is largely thanks to the gorgeous herbs we have been getting from twisted brook . This rye and Acadian Wheat loaf is packed with fresh dill, dried dill seed (both from Steph Warr!), sesame and flax. It's a robust and bright loaf, perfect for slathering with butter.
