If your pickling or freezing now is the time to buy in bulk.

We freeze it and than just stick it in the airier frozen for about 3-4 mins and it tastes as fresh as when picked . if you freeze it in chunks it goes great in an omelet or stirfry in the winter. Or it makes amazing cream of asparagus soup in the fall 💚💚 let us know.
