My friend Kristina Major is having a toy drive for the area. Please consider donating to this awesome event.

🧸• 3RD ANNUAL TOY DRIVE• 🧸
I have teamed up with the Winnipeg Beach Rec Center as they do hampers every year I thought it would be perfect to join them with the toy drive.

Hey everyone ! Just wanted to start spreading the news that you have the chance at winning a $100.00 gift certificate to Parker & Co Salon , by bringing in a new unopened toy , every toy you bring in gets you a ticket to put into the draw !

Throughout the next few months you will be seeing more post on different games / money to be won for dropping off toys ! 🧸

If you're an early Christmas shopper like myself you are more than welcome to start dropping off toys at 10 Gimli Road Matlock , or the Winnipeg Beach Rec Center.

GOOD MORNING!! I stayed up late and up early to serve you your favourites from Coralea’s Kitchen!! We sold out within hours yesterday of our home made potato/cheddar perogies and home made spring rolls (lumpia).
I have 300 fresh spring rolls ready for you and I will have fresh perogies for 12:00pm when we open today until we sell out.
Don’t forget tomorrow morning we are serving up crepes with fresh fruit, breakfast sandwiches and hot fresh percolated coffee.
Breakfast is served from 9-12 on SUNDAY ONLY.
Have a super wonderful day! The sun is out and the birds were up early singing their songs. Nothing better than life at the lake.

I sat down to take a break and make this post.
This is our freezer in the food truck (image #1) after this past weekend. WOW!! That freezer was packed full and Ryan went for supplies on Saturday as well.
I cannot express my gratitude for each and every person that has come to the food truck or canteen and has supported Coralea’s Kitchen. I could not continue to do this without you all. All the amazing people that push me to continue doing what I have a passion for. All the love and support fills my heart.
The many hours spent hand making food for you all to enjoy. Every perogy that I pinch, every spring roll that I roll and every smashed taco that I smash makes it all worth it.
It is hard fricken work, but I love it. I have so much more respect for people in the restaurant world. The long hours. The blood, sweat and tears that go into running a well oiled machine that you call “your own” takes time, money, energy and a burning passion, all in that order. Every item that I make for each customer has a piece of me that goes out with it and it’s called love. I have made so much food and if it’s not perfect in my mind it’s out. I want the best for each one of you that supports my business and cooking.
The season is coming to an end in the next few weeks, but the vision and dream is so much more. The Village Gathering and Coralea’s Kitchen will continue to grow and spread the good food and love to each and everyone of you.
If you have read my post this far I will ask you a favour. I truly put my heart and soul into every thing I do. I send so much love, compassion and understanding to you all.
My favour is asking you to take the time to either share this post. Share my business information with a friend or review our business on Google. It doesn’t cost you a dime. Just a few minutes of your time in which I respect and appreciate. It helps us grow as not only small business owners, but it adds fuel to a fire that sometimes as a business owner grows dim when you are exhausted. When I read a review or see a post it reminds me that what I am doing in this crazy world does make a difference. That people do really enjoy not only me but my food as well. Everyone needs that reminder. It helps you keep going on.
Be kind to each other. Love and kindness is the way to go. Negativity and hate get you nowhere.
Sending love ❤️
