Virginia's Kitchen & Garden Following my retirement, I became involved in the local farmer's market, selling vegetables and fruit. Their guidance was invaluable in starting this venture.

I expanded to baked goods such as bread, buns, and baguettes, as well as jams and a variety of pickles and relishes. I retired six years ago and took up gardening and participating in the farmers market, following my in-laws' footsteps who had done it for 20 years. Wanting better baguettes than store-bought ones, I began baking my own and found success selling them at the market. This expanded

to bread and hamburger buns, which also became popular. When a friend with cancer needed sugar-free options, I tweaked a granola recipe and started selling it at the market upon encouragement from friends and family. I am grateful to offer healthy, chemical-free food to my community, and seeing returning customers is wonderful. Our grandson has joined us at the market, and he enjoys it as much as we do.

I survived the weekend, barely! Watching our Grandson Carter 💙 and Granddaughter Aria's 💙 hockey tournament was a real nail-biter, and I even managed to squeeze in some Christmas cookie decorating on the side - multitasking at its finest! 😀

The Minnedosa Bombers brought their A-game - our grandson's team U13 took home Gold 🥇and our granddaughter's team U11 won 🥈Silver.
Way to go Bombers!!! We couldnt be more proud of all the players & coaches great work everyone 🥰

Oh, and I even got in a 5-hour visit with my dear friend , Mary Lou, - just what the doctor ordered! ❤️
