Day 10 of 12 days of GF Christmas Treat recipes

Oreo Bark

This is one of my favorite treats.

On a lined 8x13 pan place broken pieces of Oreo cookies .

In microwave safe bowls: in one melt 3 cups of milk chocolate chip
In second melt 3 cups of white chocolate

Add 2 Tbsp of peanut butter to the white chocolate

Then pore chocolates over the oreos. You may need to do a little spreading to fill holes.

I sprinkle some candy cane pieces on top.

Let cool in fridge and then break into pieces.
