Throwback to this hearf warming review of our Baobab at the farmer's market

Our amazing customer Mr C couldn't stop raving about our Baobab lemonade, in fact he drank over 10 cups and I was just too happy that he loved it hence why I was laughing so much, bear with me 🤣😂

You know when you put a recipe together and it bangs and so refreshing especially on a hot day, that was how I felt

So grateful for this review even though he didn't want to show his face but you get the gist right

You heard what he said about fibre & cholesterol, so true. Our Baobab contains 5g fibre per tablespoon serving which is 20% of your daily fibre requirement so it's a great way to boost your fibre intake while improving digestion, gut health, energy levels amongst others

For the Baobab Lemonade, we used 1 tablespoon each Baobab powder, lemon juice, maple syrup, added to a cup of cold water with a pinch of salt

Perfect to keep you refreshed even on very hot days

How's your weekend going?
Just out here enjoying a bowl of Fonio porridge while reading Dream Count by Odeluwa herself - Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, such a great book 🙌

I enjoyed the subtle mention of Fonio here and there in this book especially when Kadiatou made it for Chia & Omelogor, you should read it 😀

Also added our Tigernut Powder Mix & Date Powder + peanut butter to my Fonio pudding in case you're wondering why the colour is a bit different
