Since day one our business has evolved to remain profitable and fresh.
So two new developments:

First is our new Sourdough Croissant loaf as seen in the photos. Buttery croissant flavour in a bread, decadently delicious. It’s a smaller sized loaf, perfect to deflect the guilt of eating it all by yourself 😂.

Secondly we are changing the way our products are delivered. All of our products will now get delivered via the County Farm Collective .farm.collective on Thursdays. We will still offer pickup if you pre-order. You will need to order before Tuesday to allow us prep time. Microgreen availability will also be posted.

Baking classes are continuing, check out the times on our website and sign up to learn the basics of sourdough bread and bagels.

Unfortunately life happens, we had two cancellations for today’s baking class leaving an opportunity to attend. Gets hands on sourdough experience where you will make and bake your own sourdough bread and bagels. Perfect for a dreary day. Class starts 2:30 today Feb 28.

Baguettes are without a doubt one of the most difficult sourdough breads to make. If you have some hands on sourdough experience join us for this rare opportunity to join in our farmhouse kitchen and learn our techniques for producing tasty baguettes. These classes normally book solid so this is your chance.
