I don't know about you but I am ready for fall flavours, cozy snacks and candles, and I am most excited to not peel and chop box after box of fresh peaches 🤪

This weekend will be the last round of peach muffins, and fall flavours be hitting the stand next week 😋

Feeling so lucky to have The Crafty Turtle scrunchies and hand painted cards in stand now! The scrunchies are so soft and come in such beautiful, rich shades. The cards are incredibly well painted and extra punny 😜

Quite a few people have popped by and grabbed eggs for camping trips - so smart!

Since we pack our eggs not washed and not in the fridge, they can keep for up to 4 weeks at room temp! Don't be fooled by them being kept in a cooler, this is simply keep them from getting too warm in the summer heat.

One of my favourite things about this lifestyle is you can find purpose in so many "wasteful" things.

Our birds eat all our food scraps (minus what we save for bone broth), we compost chicken/duck waste, and the milk leftover from my butter is now the buttermilk for my lemon poppyseed muffins.

We also recycle as many of our jars, egg cartons, and plastic muffin containers as we can. So keep bringing those back! We appreciate it so much 🥰

Veggies are here!

🥒🌱🫛

English cucumbers, green string beans, fresh snow peas are ready and thriving. Lebanese cucumbers, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes will be ready soon.

That means we are now open 7 days a week!

Sourdough and other baked goods will be available Thursday to Sunday (Sunday being leftovers) so I can continue to spend time with my family.

Eggs, produce, smoking wood chips, croc charms, and a basket of Usborne Books at Home Canada books will be in the stand daily as they come available.

Morning Instagram and Facebook stories will show what is available each day.

Reminder to kindly be patient with me as I run the stand while home with 3 feral kids, 100+ birds, and sanity that continues to slip away daily 😅
