The U of T Scarborough Campus Farmers’ Market provides an opportunity for local farmers, producers, and artisans to connect directly with customers from within U of T Scarborough Campus and the local community. The market is here to foster an awareness of the benefits of buying local and to provide the greater U of T Scarborough Campus community with locally grown, sustainably-produced, healthy fo

od. To fulfill a component of our educational mandate, local farmers, producers and vendors will be asked to help educate the local community about where food is grown and produced. This educational component will slowly be implemented with the help of professional chefs, nutritionists, and of course, the producers of local products and produce.
