Happy Labour Day weekend everyone! Start your long weekend off the right way by visiting us at the St. John's Farmers' Market on this Saturday. We’ll be there bright and early from 9am until the bell rings at 4pm.

Our friendly Neighbourhood Vegan Chef, Douglas James Lamb, has created another new “labour” of love for you all this week. From the Louisiana bayou, we present the Vegan Muffuletta Sandwich! If you appreciate the tastes of Italian cold cuts, creamy provolone cheese and briny olive/veggie salad between slices of crusty ciabatta bread, then this sandwich is the one for you!

Happy Saturday to all! What a beautiful day to come out to the St. John's Farmers' Market and pick up some of your favourite Friendly Neighbourhood Vegan Chef Douglas James Lamb’s delicious offerings?

While we’re bringing back some classics, we’re also introducing a new Indian inspired item… Keema Matar! Take a look at the stats on this baby… it’s a nutrient power house!! This dish is a huge favourite of ours and we hope it becomes one of yours, too!

And in case you missed it, we have the perfect way to end your meal … with a Bread Pudding filled with Wild Newfoundland berries!! 🫐
