SECRETLY GLUTEN-FREE. 🥞

Soft, chocolatey pancakes that no one guesses are gluten-free.
Made with Aarog DailyLift™ — our everyday multi-grain flour blend.

Light, fluffy, and ready in minutes.

Recipe:
• ½ cup DailyLift flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• Pinch of salt
• ½ cup milk
• 1 tbsp coconut sugar (or any sugar)
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• Chocolate chips (optional)

1️⃣ Whisk flour, cocoa powder, salt, sugar and baking powder.
2️⃣ Add milk, coconut oil and vanilla.
3️⃣ Mix into a smooth batter and add chocolate chips if you like.
4️⃣ Cook on a hot pan from both sides.
5️⃣ Serve with maple syrup and banana.

Proof that gluten-free can still feel indulgent.

Childhood nostalgia unlocked ☕🍪

Remember dipping biscuits in chai after school?
That simple comfort… the warmth… the crunch… the quiet joy.

I missed that feeling for years.

So I made my own version using DailyLift™ flour — soft dough, crisp edges, and that same nostalgic taste… just gluten-free and fibre-rich.

Now the chai-biscuit ritual is back. ❤️

Homemade DailyLift Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients
• ½ cup ghee (semi-solid, not melted)
• ½ cup powdered sugar or ¾ cup jaggery powder
• 1½ cups DailyLift flour
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp cardamom powder
• Pinch of salt (optional)
• 3 tbsp milk

Quick Steps
1. Cream ghee + sugar/jaggery until light and smooth.
2. Add half the flour, baking powder, salt, and cardamom. Mix.
3. Add milk and remaining flour to form a soft dough.
4. Chill dough 30 minutes.
5. Roll to ¼ inch thickness and cut shapes.
6. Bake 325°F for 15–17 minutes until golden.

Let them cool… brew chai… and dip. ☕✨
