Did you know, as we hand sort the fruit removing bruised and overripe ones, we give the fruit a second life through homemade canned goods.
We call these “Second Treats”.
Our current selection includes Cherry, Plum, or Pear fruit. Pear Ginger Sauce, Applesauce, and Oriental Plum Sauce. Peach salsa. And Peach pie filling.
